Poor rotten service.

The worse courier company I so wish companies like Elite mobile could stop using it. I received the message yesterday 25th from them about the delivery that was scheduled yesterday I waited untill 17:30 when I then received a call from them informing me again about the schedule delivery today 26th November 2021 later today I received a message that there was an attempt to deliver which was failed due to the reason that there was no one on the listed address, which is not true I was at work the whole day waiting for them. When I call them today to find out what happened to my delivery and why I'm receiving that message I was told that their driver" Maxwell " reported that there was no one at the given address mean while I was in the office the whole day.and there is nothing they can do on their site.
