POOR RAM SERVICE! Call center operators, managers and operations are TERRIBLE!

I have been waiting for my parcel for 4 days now. I have called in EVERYDAY SINCE MONDAY to find out where my parcel is. All the agents say its at the incorrect hub yet when I track it online it has been moving back and forth from the one hub to the other.

There has been special requests and notes added, yet the parcel has still not been delivered!

When I asked to speak to a manager, I wait on hold for hours! NO ONE PICKS UP!!!!!!

One of the call center agents put the phone down in my face when I asked to speak to the manager!

This is absolutely the poorest service I have ever received!!!!!!!

I would like my parcel TODAY!!!!
