Poor RAM service

What a great disappointment. I know it is COVID19 and limited staff available but don't promise delivery and don't deliver at all. I have been trying about 100 times today to get through to the call centre but no luck. They send you emails to confirm the delivery but don't follow up like in the past to make sure that you are available. I can not do anything with the tracking number too!!
