Poor poor service from Call Center team

On the 6th of Jan 2024, the whatsapp consultant Patience was unprofessional and condescending, not helpful at all. The contact center is not consistent in the information provided, yesterday I was told that Supersonic approved the change of address.delivery should be today, today I am told they cannot see.any approval. Today on the whatsapp chat, asked for a manager to call me, agent advised me to call the call center if I want to speak to a manager, this after spending over 15 minutes on each call made.
