Poor poor customer service
I was suppose to receive my parcel today 22 October, I requested them to deliver before 1pm and they came at 13h45, I was on my way to pick up the kids, I turned back to my place when I got there in 5 minutes they were gone, I called the assistant driver and the lady was so so terrible rude and she hang up on me, I called the customer service and the lady there just said to me I will talk to her that's all, I'm so so much disappointed with ram very much disappointed, now I have to beg for delivery and wait again the whole day as if I don't have life at all
