Poor poor and unprofessional service
According to the sms my parcel was out for delivery on 22 June 2023 and I was expecting it from 08:00 until 17:00. Parcel wasn’t delivered and around 17:30 I received a call from the driver and he made it sound like it’s my fault that he was at my car and I wasn’t. Then my delivery day changed to 23 June 2023, I requested him that it shouldn’t be later than 14:00. Clearly I was taken for a joke, it’s 14:20 and I have been calling since this morning and all I got were promised. I was told that medication is being delivered. Now clearly the importance of my parcel is not important, I thought my parcel would prioritise considering the inconvenience it has been for me but RAM DOESN'T CARE. Incase someone hasn’t said it, let me tell you. YOU ARE THE WORST COURIERS EVER. Your staff is so casual when communicating as if we are buddies
Let me begin by saying how terribly sorry I am to hear that you've had such a negative and unpleasant experience with our service. Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously, we do not condone such poor service delivery and behavior from the couriers and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I know how frustrating this must've been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
