poor / pathetic service
My son order a watch through FNB an RAM couriers had to deliver. As per tracking it arrived in Kimberley on the 28 Jan 2020. next update was 30 Jan at 07h08 stating that it is out for delivery. Now 18h19 and no delivery. Called the national call centre and been holding on for 23 minutes with no answer. Pathetic service and will never use them again
