Poor ervice

Good day I've been waiting for a parcel sent to me by Vodacom via Ram couriers on the o4 may 2022 incoming Call - Arrangements Made - Kindly assist with dispatching this parcel for delivery Tomorrow , and nothing was done to deliver it then i made another arrangement yesterday 06 may 2022 in the morning May 2022 and i said i nock off at 16:30 please tell the driver. I waited the whole day until 17:00 when i lest my delivery address, no one contacted me i am the one who is calling and do follow up telling them that i am still waiting for my delivery they told me that they will call the driver. I'm not happy at all. this is a poor service I revived.

Can you please deliver it today if possible as i am at work and i will nock off around 14:30
