POOR DELIVERY Services!!!

Delivery unsuccessful, for the 3rd time they don't call, after complaining on their website I got a call and the driver told me he can't deliver to anyone at home it has to be me ***ner) and I should have proof of residence, ( mind you I'm at work and made arrangements for the parcel to be received at home) Received a message Sunday morning around 8h12 April 2026 that delivery on its way, as I try and track my order via the link it states that "DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL SATURDAY 18 APRIL 2026 TIME 00:49" WAS I meant to be on night guard waiting on RAM?? Now I received a message again that delivery was unsuccessful, what I don't understand is that RAM is the only courier company that can't seem to find my address. I am so angry at their poor service!!!
