Poor Delivery Service Ram

I am awaiting 4 parcels and only got delivered as yet. Two of the parcels got delivered with no problems.

A representative of Ram called me yesterday, scolded me over the phone as the courier service is waiting for me. When I got a chance to speak I told her she needs to check the location and sure enough, they almost delivered my parcel in the wrong town, to the wrong people.

We agreed that they will reschedule they delivery for the next day.

Got another call today from a company representative asking of anyone was home. I told her I don't know and will check. She said she'd call back. She never did and after an hour I called Ram.

The person I spoke to informed me there was never a parcel scheduled for delivery today? I asked her how is that possible and told her I received a call an hour ago and that my husband is waiting for them.

I asked to be put through to the manager or supervisor. After 10 minutes, the phone died and I never got through.

I called again. The person I spoke to couldn't understand me and he put me on hold without informing he would. I dropped the call after 10 minutes.

Called back again for the third time, the lady asked if I want to be transferred to a manager I said yes and the call dropped again from Ram's side.

Worst service ever received from a courier company. Fix your phones please. I don't know why one person tells you this and another tells you that
