Poor delivery service if not the worst
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this courier company. I am expecting a delivery and I need to pick up myself and with my job i move around a lot and we arrange for TODAY at the current location. I have been having my phone close to me the whole day and tracking the delivery. ONLY to find that the latest update is that they could not get ahold of me and they turned back with my delivery. Which is not true because i do not have a missed call from them, so what does it mean. No delivery? Now i have been holding on for long time i cant even speak to a service provider. And tomorrow i am in another place. I am dissatisfied.

09 Dec 2024, 14:46This does not help me with my query/question. The delivery was scheduled for today and the parcel was marked as "out for delivery" today only for the driver to return with it without calling me, Which makes the delays you are talking to even worse and its not my fault.
The delivery was scheduled last week Thursday and today i was suppose to get it -so that was impressive already. My issue is why go back to it when you are already here.

This does not help me with my query/question. The delivery was scheduled for today and the parcel was marked as "out for delivery" today only for the driver to return with it without calling me, Which makes the delays you are talking to even worse and its not my fault.
The delivery was scheduled last week Thursday and today i was suppose to get it -so that was impressive already. My issue is why go back to it when you are already here.

May i please humbly and respectfully request for the driver to come back today. Cause i move a lot and the 3rd party wants only me to take delivery. If possible it can be sommer be delivered to my house cos there is ALWAYS someone there.

I spoke to iStore and they mentioned that the phone numbers given to RAM for my delivery was the correct number. Which means the error was on RAM side.
You promised that delivery will be made today and on the tracker it does not show that the package is out for delivery and now it is 9am.
What time will the package be delivered? I informed iStore that in the afternoon i will be in a different location and tomorrow yet a different location from the two of today.
It is crucial that the package be delivered before 12pm at the address currently provided.

11 Dec 2024, 12:37My parcel is out for delivery to the incorrect address. :-( I called yesterday and updated this. They failed to deliver on Tuesday when i was there , then today when no-one instructed them to go there they go.
I am in Rustenburg, North West today and tomorrow and the package is in Johannesburg. I do not know what the way forward is since there is a lack of synchronization between RAM, iStore and myself.

My parcel is out for delivery to the incorrect address. :-( I called yesterday and updated this. They failed to deliver on Tuesday when i was there , then today when no-one instructed them to go there they go.

12 Dec 2024, 08:05RAM is the WORST courier service company ever!!!! I would not recommend it, I would not personally use it.
They do not send updates to the receiver via cell phone, the driver does not call the receiver, there is no regular update EXCEPT for if the user goes online and tracks the parcel themselves.
Other companies they call when the parcel is dispatch and inform you that they are on the way and also confirm if you are at the address that is on the system before they even come to you.
RAM on the other hand, they just drive around delivering packages to wrong address and not speaking to the receiver at any point. They don't even call the sender to check. They just drive "Hand to Hand" mos lol. Drive drive drive without speaking to anyone as long as it is printed on the package. Ya no.
One day i will finally get my package and it ill be the end. I will even ask senders which courier company they use next time and disassociate myself with them if they use RAM and buy somewhere else, cos with RAM it takes extremely long and the customer service is very poor.
