Poor delivery service from RAM for RAIN 4G
I ordered a 4G RAIN card and have been experiencing issues with RAM on the delivery side. I have also escalated to RAM but no one is interested in assisting. Parcel is back in hub with no action after I was told yesterday by one of the agents, Sheryl-Lee, that she would make sure that it would be delivered today. Tried escalating with no success.
