POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

It has been over a week waiting for my parcel which was supposed to be a birthday gift for my I try to track my parcel it says has been stuck somewhere in Witbank eversince friday. I have tried to reach out to them by calling them instead I'm being placed on the line until my airtime runs out. I'm being frustrated by all of this that is happening and asking for help or atleast communication regarding my parcel.
