Poor delivery service
A parcel needed to be delivered to me from Vodacom. However they had wrong details, I am not sure how. I have called now 6 times over the past 2 days giving the correct details only to find it was still not updated. I now managed to get the details updated but the parcel is in the warehouse with no hint of delivery. I have to move appointments to ensure I am available for delivery and advised it must be done, but still no change. This is very poor service delivery. No respectable company should be using RAM as their official courier.
