Poor delivery service and communication

I receive a call from one of the drivers last thurday as i changed addresses. Indeed i was called for change of address but now im not getting my parcel since last week friday as promised. I called yesterday and the other guy helped me to confirm the address again and said i will recwive an sms for delivery today. I received nothing and i called again this morning and i was advised the parcel is out of delivery. Even now im still waiting and i know its not gonna come today. How on earth must we waste airtime and communicating with people who sont help us. I dont know why rain is working with this company
