Poor Delivery Service

I am really getting annoyed with your drivers! Firstly on Tuesday they couldn’t get hold of me as I was busy on another call. Then when I called back they already left and doing other deliveries. The driver was supposed to come back to me and advise me whether he will come back to my area or not! HE DIDNT! then the parcel was dispatched today for delivery, I was home the whole waiting for this delivery. No call no text Nothing! I was supposed to have been at the office yet I opted to wait for this delivery. So I spent the day at home for NOTHING! Now I see my parcel has been sent back to Isando due to unsuccessful delivery? When today was delivery even attempted to me made as no one called me, no one rang the bell! Nothing!

I want my delivery first thing in the morning tomorrow 28 May 2020 at 09:00 at my doorstep or you can keep it and I will advise Rain of your unreliable services!
