Poor Delivery Service
Poor seevice, So I schedule a delibery for the 05/03/2025 on the 04/03/2025 I received a call from a delivery driver I advise him I am not at home, and the delivery is schedule for the 05/03/2025. Today 05/03/2025 I get a communication saying Client is not at the delivery address while I am home and no attemp for delivery was made at all.

05 Mar 2026, 13:06I have been given the run around by Ram, the deiver advised his office that he left voicemail on my phone, checked my voice message the is nothing, I believe the driver Just, decided not deliver my parcel after checking Ram reviews this is a norm and the queries are never taken serious, for the past 4 hours I have been calling Ram. No one is giving feedback if the parcel will be delivered
