Poor delivery service

poor customer service, took me 3 days to get through to them only to find out that the area i live in is considered as high risk. What i do find funny is that 2 of my parcels has been laying there for 2 days and the 3rd parcel which arrived last at their cape town branch is out for delivery. Would it not be logic to have sent the other 2 parcels with these 2? What makes it worst is all the delivery guys doesn't ware mask when delivering. This courier company is making me lose business and clients due to their poor service and uns****ed staff.
