Poor delivery Service
They don't even deserve 1 star. Bash please can you stop using Ram for your deliveries. The service is poor and parcels never get delivered on time. They say the delivery time is up to 17h00 but their drivers gets to the address past 6. This is not the 1st time this happened to me. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 5th today is the 11th December 2024. I phoned them and after holding for 20 minutes I spoke to a lady called Zandile after reporting my situation she didn't even apologize talked over me and just asked for my details. Bash please stop using RAM
