Poor delivery service

I’m very disappointed at the service I’ve just received from a guy by the name of Victor from Ram. He just calls me and says I am at the gate he then just seats in the car,hands over my package via the window no greeting nothing as he continues talking to his colleague having their own conversation. I feel like they disrespect people that stays in the location cause were I stay in the estate they don’t do this. They deliver with so much respect. I am really not happy with the service I’ve received from him.
