Poor Delivery Service

Good day,

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from RAM. My parcel was shipped on 28/01/2026 and to date I have still not received it. I updated my address with a call centre agent on 30/01/2026, yet I received another email requesting that I confirm the address again.

I have repeatedly been advised that the delivery was unsuccessful because I could not be contacted. This is completely incorrect, as my contact details were updated and remain correct.

Despite numerous calls to the call centre and attempts via WhatsApp, I have received no assistance. I have requested multiple call backs, none of which were honoured. The level of service has been extremely poor and unacceptable.
