Poor delivery
I have been waiting for a sim package from rain for 2 days. Every day you say it is out on delivery and I have given up 2 days to ensure that I am ready for delivery and available. Spent 30 minutes on a call with your agents, advised walter will call back to ensure delivery today and of course walter doesnt call. Disgusting service. I suggest rain.co.za finds another courier service who knows about customer service
