Poor delivery and customer service

Good day all. Just hade the worst possible experience with Ram hand to hand couriers. After I was informed that my parcel will be delivered today I promptly called to arrange that the drive call me when he was near. The person on the line told me it was arrange that way and I will be called half an hour before the driver will arrive. Hours after that call was made I hade a look at where the parcel was and to my shock it stated that my parcel was undeliverable. I was that the arrange delivery point the entire time. yet again called only for my calls to be hung up on. On the 5 try I finally got through to them and arranged that they will come and deliver today. Unfortunately they never showed up. So in conclusion I waited for hours at my work for no one to arrive.

I will never recommend them to any one as the service is just absolutely poor
