Poor delivery and communication

Ram courier is really starting to lose their Profesionalism.

Been waiting for a package since Monday the 9th of December 2024.

The courier was suppose to deliver on Saturday the 7th of December. But there was no one to accept the parcel. They then arranged that delivery will take place Monday. When Monday came, nothing came and no communication,. Tuesday comes and still no communication and no delivery. Wednesday comes around and I get an sms once again that delivery will take place. But yet again no delivery was made. Every evening I check it shows that the driver failed to deliver. How is that even possible, I work from home so there I'm home every single day and to top that off I cancelled all my plans every single day waiting for the package.

Wednesday evening someone's phones me that the driver will not be able to deliver because it late and he won't make it in time to go back to the hub. Sure I'm not a unreasonable person so once again they arrange for the package to be deliver Thursday morning, early.

Thursday come around. I wait the whole day once again just to receive a call from the Ram to ask if the driver phoned my because they trying to deliver but unable because there is no one home. To my surprise. No driver phoned me what so ever. No was even at the gate. ( all this happening while I receive multiple package from The Courier Guys the whole week)

On Friday I phone the call centre which in the first place took forever to get through. Eventually I get through and speak to a consultant. According to her the package it out on the delivery and she will escalate the matter to have them phone me. Because again I sit like a stupid and wait for a package to arrive which does not come. With no communication what so ever and no one calling me. The evening I track the package again and surprise surprise they say unable to deliver. This is really ridiculous and the ****est service I've ever received.

So Ram is basically telling me f you we don't care whether you got a life of things to do. We'll make you sit and wait for nothing every single day.
