Poor delivery

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 24 Feb and was not delivered due to “no one was at home” I was not updated regarding that until i tracked my order the following day and it was due for delivery again for the 25 Feb I called their customer service and I told that the driver did not reach to the destination because they ran out of time and I sent them a message on WhatsApp where I was told that an incorrect address was captured and I was only aware of that after I called and no one bothered to call me and update me. I called before 12 in the afternoon and my address was finally updated and I asked when my order is going to be delivered and they said it will be delivered the following day because it’s late for it to be delivered, how is 12 in the afternoon late? Am not happy with their service.
