Poor Customer Service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with RAM customer services. I have been expecting a parcel for delivery and on 3rd June I received an sms that my parcel is out for delivery and I have been waiting since then. No one showed up, no even called to notify me that they'll be making the delivery. Today when I track my parcel it shows that delivery failed, I was unavailable at the time of delivery. I tried to follow up with this by sending a number of emails with no response to any of them, Customer service agents aren't picking up the calls, it rings until it gets cut off. I honestly do not know what to do right now.
