Poor Customer service

I am absolutely gob smacked by the lack of customer service from Ram couriers. A package was supposed to be sent to me on Tuesday, the address was incorrect and it takes three days after several calls daily to get an approval, Then empty promises to deliver on Friday only to find out absolutely nothing was done on this query and I have been wasting my time in trying to follow up daily, this is beyond me. I will tell everyone I know about this
