Poor customer service 😔

I'm so disappointed with Ram hand to hand,been waiting for my parcel since lastweek Friday and I didn't leave my original ID at home so they couldn't leave my parcel and they promised to comeback on Monday. Monday comes they didn't come so I decided to change my address to work address Wednesday I called the head office and they told me they came to my new address and called me no answer which is not true their drive didn't even bother to come inside the building to reception area which means he called me from car which i dont think its correct procedure today its thursday and im still waiting for my parcel
