Poor customer service

Very poor customer service from the drivers to their managers.They sent a message of unsuccessful delivery due to lack of contact,my question was how did they reach me through messages if they didn't have ny contacts.upon calling to complain about it,the manager couldn't spare a moment because he was too busy for my nonsense.
