Poor customer service

Your service is pathetic. Your drive called me yesterday around 13H00 to advise that he is on his way.. I waited for about 4 hours and he never showed up.. I tried calling him back with no answer. I have been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday.. What kind of a service is this RAm??????
