POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A RAM COURIER DRIVER + RAM

I am angry and disgusted at the lady that is delivering my parcel. Firstly she has no patience or empathy for client and I dont know how you make someone like that deal with clients. She refused to wait for 5 minutes for my ID that was being brought to me , I at least showed her a picture and a copy of my id to say I am the right person. She then says I must call her when the Id arrives at the address. 5 minutes after I called her and she again refuses to tell me when she will come back to the address. She can’t ****** estimate her ETA, I keep telling her I have another appointment so she probably won’t find me at the place I work at. She doesn’t even try to speak to her superiors to see if shw can somehow help me. Her customer service sucks and RAM for that matter😡
