Poor customer service.

Worst couriers ever. Arranged delivery and waited in for them, no parcel. No call or any communication as to why it wasn't delivered. I've tried whattsapp chat - absolutely pathetic. On line form - will not go through, customer care- they just keep you in a que. All I want is a straight answers to why they didnt deliver or re arrange. Dont ever use these guys.
