Poor Customer service and **** delivery statuses

This company really let me down, made an order on supersonic on the 29 April my parcel was handed over to RAM for delivery on 1 May. My parcel sat in the dispatch hub for a week and when I called them this morning magically my order is out on delivery.

Here I am now being told that the delivery was unsuccessful because they couldn't get a hold of me,Bull**** they never called I never saw any delivery vehicle near my house. I am truly disappointed with the service I have been experiencing with them.

I am almost sure RAM ****s their delivery status on their website to pin the blame of unsuccessful deliveries on the customer when they well know they never attempted the delivery in the first place
