Poor customer service and delivery
Ram poor delivery service and empty promises delivery take for ever and everyday tells me tomorrow and the next day tomorrow.

10 Dec 2019, 13:33well if i don't have the phone before 5pm 10/12/2019, ram can explain to Vodacom why i am canceling my contract with them i am not going to be messed around for one more day by ram **** service i was told friday for delivery then monday now they say this "We will arrange the parcel be dispatched at the soonest date. Kind regards "
