Poor customer service

This is possibly the worst courier company in South Africa. The driver has taken my parcel to the incorrect address twice already and nobody from their offices have contacted me to confirm the address. The driver says to me that I must call to update the address and when I do the agent keeps transferring my call to somebody else because they are too *********** to deal with my query. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can't believe the level of customer service is so poor. Nobody has contacted me till now and yet they are sitting with my parcel. I would never recommend this company to anyone at all.
