Poor Customer Service

<p>I am expecting a delivery from Ram Hand to Hand from the Cape Town Branch. Its very important as its my insulin, type one diabetic. Between yesterday and today I must have phoned about 15 times. Out of those 15times only one time dod someone answer the phone and they were then wuick to put me through to another person who also did not answer. I am now in serious need of my package , have spend about R50 worth of air time trying to contact you guys. Its disgusting that someone has to go to these lengths to get hold of you.</p>
