Poor customer service

The poor service from ram is really annoying. Their drivers are really proving to be *********** . Poor customer service should not be tolerated at all costs.My parcel has been out for delivery since Saturday.I tried tracking it and it showed that receiver unavailable which is not true .The driver never made it to my house and did not call me even. Today morning it said it's out for deliver again but apparently a consultant from Ram said the driver just left the area, again this is not true.How do you leave an area without delivering what you suppose to deliver ? What annoys me is that the driver hasn't tried to contact me. As much as we both going through this difficult time, I'm very much aware that service delivery maybe slow but it's no reason for companies to treat their customers in such a poor manner.
