Poor customer service
My sister upgraded ther phone through Vodacom and they used RAM as their courier. When the parcel was delivered she couldn't get het phone because she didn't have her original ID with her. It was ******. She have an affidavit from the police station that it's ****** with a certified copy of her ID and her original driver's license. RAM customer care just said, sorry, they can't do anything for her.
