Poor customer service

It’s said to say I got a horrible and disappointing experience/ service with courier. I ordered from Bash and was supposed to receive my parcel on the 27th, funny enough my parcel was sent to a wrong address. I called and they said I have received my order, which I didn’t. The last consultant I spoke to on the 29th said will get back to me, until today no response. Luckily the lady who got my parcel managed to get hold of me and did what was supposed to be done by courier, gave my parcel. Am so ****ed, these people don’t care at all.
