Poor customer service
Received SMS of intended delivery (no time just a date), when I called Customer Service twice to narrow down a time of delivery the customer service dropped the calls during hold and made no attempt to call back even though they had my details

We are currently busy with a route optimizer function that will allow us to narrow the delivery time as it is very frustrating to say 8 to 5 and expect clients to wait all day.
