Poor customer service

I ordered a phone from @vodacomSA, the consultant assured me that a note was written for the courier company to deliver at a particular time,My father called me to inform me that there was a delivery for me that he could not sign for. Ram did not adhere to that and came at a time when I was not available. As I was tracking my parcel- I noticed a noted that stated that they could not get hold of me, they driver had not called me once.They did not even follow up on alternative arrangements. I tried to contact the number that was provided to me and it kept taking me to a voice prompt that stated that the network was currently conjested. I have since called Ram in Nelpruit to ask for assistance and I am still waiting. At this point I do not know whether my phone will be delivered or not.
