Poor customer service

<p>I have battled for many days to receive my parcel. I have spent so much time to arrange times for delivery, yet they decide to come at their time. Promises are made that they will get back to you....empty promises. Futher arrangements are made and customer service tells me to phone in and check if the time arranged for is still in order on that day!!! What is this, the customer must do the work on behalf of you? What happened to delivering a service.....surely you get paid to do this? </p>
