Poor customer service
My parcel was supposed to be delivered Monday 28 November, I got an sms saying it would be delivered before 5pm. No one tried to contact me & I was home the whole day. They then sent a sms on Tuesday saying they were unable to deliver because there was no contact number & address whereas everything is there. I then tracked my parcel again today & it was supposed to be delivered before 5pm, I still have not received my parcel. I have sent several emails regarding this but no reply. Please track my parcel AAAA***.

01 Dec 2022, 08:39I received yet another message today saying the courier attempted the delivery & was unable to. There was never an attempt to deliver my parcel from Monday I have been waiting for my parcel. No one contacted me regarding delivery of my parcel. I’m am still waiting for my parcel & I am becoming impatient now. You guys are so useless honestly.

01 Dec 2022, 19:04The time now is 19:00 & I still have not received my parcel which was supposedly rescheduled for the 3rd time to be delivered today. I have been home the whole day waiting for my delivery.RAM is the worst courier company ever. I don’t know what to do anymore. You have my address & both my contact details but still I was not contacted regarding my parcel which was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago.
