Poor customer service
I will never ever use Ram courier services again.i received an sms on the 29/10/24, 30/10/24/ and 31/10/24 that my parcel it’s on the way , i had to be in the house all those days waiting for the parcel that never got delivered, when i tracked my parcel today 01/11/24 it says now my parcel is at dispatch .
