Poor customer service

Ram couriers isando was supposed to deliver my parcel from Rain internet provider, they send me a message that my parcel is been dispatched on Tuesday, but they failed to deliver, Friday which is today I received an sms at around 7:44 am that my parcel is on the way to my work place at Byanston vw, but never arrived, at around past 4 pm I contacted rain internet provider to find out what it going on, Ram couriers they never pick up the line, but the lady from Rain she gave me feedback that she's trying to get hold of Ram customer service so that they can give her the driver 's contact details but still they don't pick up. Tomorrow is weekend, i bought the Rain sim card as i want to use it, but is been delayed by Ram, is one week now since i bought the sim card but never received it, please help me to get my sim card weybill number RAIN04-***2
