Poor Communication Poor service delivery
What in the actual ****. I have been nothing but patient with my device delivery. Initially I was advised that my package will be delivered on the 6th of Jan which I was okay with, then later told that the warehouse only opened that Wednesday and my package will be delivered on or after the 11th. On the 9th I get an sms stating that my parcel is on the way, mind you I have a day time job also so I availed myself for that period then only to be notified that delivery failed. HOW?????? I was home the whole day, got an sms and no call from the RAM. Annoyed as hell!!!! Then all the consultants say different things.. cumon guys!
