Poor Communication/ Non Delivery

I'm not happy with your service and will take this up with FNB as a note was made for driver to give me a call once outside. I have also called RAM Couriers early in the morning and requested the driver give me a call once outside my home. My my package shows as NonDelivered whilst I was at home waiting the whole damn day on the drivers call in order to meet him outside.
