Poor communication
I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered since Friday 10/4/2026. Message on web:could not complete delivery, however, when I want to reschedule, I choose a date, try to add a message for driver, but I can't submit. When phoning, you have to wait 40min in a que. No other ways of contacting them.
