Poor communication
Eagle ridge clothing uses them to deliver and they should reconsider. I have spent almost two days now waiting for these guys to come deliver. They said they were at my house yesterday I was home nobody tried to phone nobody hooted. They send me an sms to say they delivering my parcel but the on their tracker they say they had no contact number for me. Can someone make that make sense. I was on hold for minutes when I contacted them only to have my call cut from their sideand nobody called me back. I cannot spend another day waiting at home for them. What is going on!!!! Courier guy and take alot deliver here and I always hear them hoot they always communicate well. This rams couriers are a joke. Doea the owners even read all the negative reviews and we all have the same issues. You are making other companies look bad. I will insist on my next order to anyone that uses ram to not use your services. This is ridiculous. Don't send me apologies and ask me to phone you. Get my parcel back to the company so I can make other arrangements to get is sent to me by people who know how to do the job right. Or deliver it to me already. How can you expect us to just sit at home all day and wait and wait. How can you ask me on the line to.confirm my contact number and tell me you have it but the people delivering it dont phone me to say we at the gate. Instead they log it as they have no contact for me. Make that make sense!!!!never ever in my life again will I use this ailly services of Ram. I will make sure to let Eagle ridge clothing know how *********** your services are!

Please note we do have your contact numbers and your delivery address for delivery, while other client's may not have a problem with us hooting when we making delivery other clients/ residential area's have a problem when we do that. We did try calling you with a 010 number yesterday and it was ringing to VM because we were there to deliver the order. We will monitor and follow up once again today as we are on route to deliver the parcel.

12 Mar 2024, 13:30So you logged my parvel at 13:18 as not being delivered and the 010 n8mber phones me at 13:27. Most 010 numbers are **** callers so I dont answer. How can you phine me 9 minutes after apparently delivering and I am home and the road is in full view of my house yet nobody called. How do they get anyones attention then if they dont at least hoot. Nobody stood at my gate and called my name or tapped on the gate to get my attention. This is nonsense. Waiting 2 days in a row for my parcel I have things to do. Take alot stops her gives a qyick hoot and they even go as far as to call you while they are outside. Your people were not here! I cannot wait around for them like this. Send my parcel back to the company so I can arrange with a reputable company to have it delivered. I have since e-mailed Eagle ridge clothing aswell to get my parcel sent back to them because I am done waiting. Your company clearly has some issues they urgently need to adress and change if they want bet er reviews. Look at all the reviews that all have the same underlying issue. What is being done to resolve it!!! Nothing because tomorrow someone else will be writing the same exact thing and you will be giving the same exact answer. Do better RAM!

12 Mar 2024, 13:50The parcel is still within route for delivery to take place today and sending it back will cause more delay's as it will need to be sent back to Johannesburg again which is another long process. The parcel will be delivered today
