Poor Communication

I had a package from Vodacom to be delivered to me however when RAM got here, I was asked to produce a proof of residence even though I had my ID document on hand. I was not notified of this and I had to call the bank to please send me a bank statement all because RAM does not communicate to their clients. Unacceptable!!!
